About Jill & Kirk Gadebusch

Growing up in Michigan, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Kirk was given an early opportunity to experience the dynamics of frequent moves. Jill, a Pennsylvania girl, met Kirk while earning MBAs at Penn State University. Now, 41 married years later, we have sold, purchased, moved and renovated 8 properties, continually providing renewed appreciation for the buying and selling process!

From early in our careers, our professional roles involved real estate and fostered our passion for learning. At ExxonMobil, we learned the importance of location, location, location as we both recommended preferred sites to build service stations across the country. Later on, Kirk worked in executive positions for several national and regional homebuilders, including Pulte, John Wieland Homes, KB Homes and NVR, learning the importance of satisfying home buyer needs as well as optimizing construction features. In addition to her executive experience at ExxonMobil, Jill has led account management teams in the IT industry, enhancing invaluable analytic and negotiating skills.

We are incredibly blessed to have two sons, Michael and Sam, and as empty nesters, we still find many opportunities to enjoy quality family time together. Over the years, we have had many fun family adventures combining our love for travel and baseball by enjoying games at every Major League Baseball Park across the country.
Our lives would not be complete without our furry friends, Ty (Vizsla) and Lucky (Silkyhuahua), who keep us walking and hiking in Roswell and East Cobb parks. In between sales contracts and negotiations, you may find us dinking away on nearby pickleball courts.

Our lifelong passion is to give back to our community. Kirk has served for over 13 years on Kennesaw State University's Foundation and over 8 years with the Coles College of Business Board, and we both volunteer with Special Needs Cobb, MUST Ministries and serve on many ministries at our church.
